"7TH REVOLUTION" GETS DISTRIBUTION THROUGH MUDI AND NEW STOREFRONT AT WWW.SERENITYTRACE.COM
On November 6th, the good folks at Mudi took over the distribution of the Serenity Trace debut album "7th Revolution". This means that it will be availible through your local music shop so if you prefer to go to a store to pick up your CD, you can now order it over the counter through Mudi.
Some people have warned us about problems with the link to our PayPal site. We have placed a Storefront widget here for easier and more reliable ordering and payment. We hope you and your friends will palce your order today and keep supporting Serenity Trace.
The official release concert for the album has been postponed until the end of January 2009 because of the huge amount of concerts in Oslo this fall/autumn. We'll keep you posted about this one and will post date and place as soon as we have the details ready. And make sure you come to the show, we have some pretty fucking awesome plans for the show and you simply can not afford to miss out! Until then, we'll play whatever gig offered to us and we'll work on new materials and a video. Make sure you check back for info.
Until next time, keep your fingers crossed and hope that Obama doesn't turn out to be a sick fucking cowboy lunatic like his fucked up mad predecessor. We congratulate Mr. Obama and wish him well. We are excited about what the future will look like with him in charge of the worlds largest weapons arsenal and the foundation of an economic mess.
Peace out Brothers and Sisters!

7th REVOLUTION IS OUT AND MUCH MORE!!!!!
OK, lot’s of new things to tell here. Sorry for yet another late update but that seems to be our nature. We will do our best to get better at this shit. But we do, however, have some exiting news for you all
As you will have noticed entering this site, the anticipated release of our debut album is finally here!!!! It is named “7th Revolution” and mastered songs can be heard on our MySpace site today. The CD can be ordered by clicking here or from the front page with an easy to use PayPal transaction. It will also be available in shops and can currently be picked up at Tiger in Oslo. More shops will have it soon as we are currently working on a broader distribution and it will also be available as download from known digital online shops. The availability will be posted on serenitytrace.com as soon as we know for sure. We hope as many as you will check it out and support Serenity Trace. Please feel free to tell your friends and demand that Serenity Trace makes an appearance at festivals/clubs/whatever near you. We will open a review section on our website as well so make sure you check back. If you find a review or you write one yourself, please feel free to send a link to post@serenitytrace.com so we can link to it from our site.
We also have the final line-up after some massive changes over the past year. Lil’ DD replaced Mr. Brown on guitar and J.D. has joined us on drums after Mr BTC’s departure last year. And finally, we are proud to announce punk drummer Kay as our new bass player. The new line-up appeared on Tårnåsen Summer Festival, Oslo Musikkfest (Oslo Music Fest) and our gig with Waklevören at Elm Street this year. The latter you can read a review of at Eternal-Terror.com, written by the poorly talented, but strongly opinionated “reporter” Roy Kristensen. A video clip from Oslo Music Fest can be found on YouTube here.
We hope to see you all at a gig in near future. A special release party will soon be announced so keep an eye and an ear out.
Thanks for all support so far and we are looking forward to give you more of Serenity Trace and a lot more mayhem and anarchy in the future! As you all know, a revolution needs a soundtrack, we do our best to provide one!
